They were careless, rushed and the place is so dirty. Furthermore, the front desk staff is unbelievably rude. Almost shockingly rude. They need to work on their customer service and understand that when owners are bringing their beloved pets in to have a procedure to show a little more compassion. This is a customer service industry. We have a choice on where we take our pets. I will never bring my dog back ever again. Absolutely the worst service.

I’ve used Wheatland for over 25 years personally. When I opened a rescue in 2011 they were the only vets in town that would work with us. They have always been kind, helpful and professional. They take excellent care of my personal animals and our rescues. The vet techs and vets go above and beyond for us! We love Wheatland and appreciate them so much!
We took our 12 year old black lab mix to a vet in Crescent . He was severely dehydrated from a high fever due to an abscess in his neck. He couldn’t drink. She gave him a shot and sent him home! I knew we had to do something. We called Wheatland and got him right in. They immediately jumped in with IV fluids and sent us to pick up pain meds for him while they worked on him. He was critical. They took exceptional care of my rescue baby last week. He is a tiny chi that needed alot of teeth pulled. He was darting around feeling fine as soon as he got home after his dental surgery.
Dr. Weinand is very attentive and we trust him and his staff very much. They always take exceptional care of our pets.
