Came to this guy back in 2015. Had foolishly paid him up front to diagnose my car. Came in Late October. I had to call dozens of times (many of which he wouldn't answer or return my calls) leave voicemails, and Came to the shop twice to ask about the state of my vehicle. After a month and a half, he finally contacts me to inform me of the diagnosis. 4500 dollars for a 20 year old car to get fixed.
