An original resident of WRTC Apts, South Building for 12 yrs. It was well maintained by the original owner, Tyler Downs. There has been a gradual decline in property management and maintenance since the take over by Ross-Envolve. Air ducts have never been cleaned. A/C Filters are changed only upon request. Carpet stains remain in elevators and hallways from so many dogs. Outside windows have stopped being cleaned for years. Parking lot is no longer repaired or re-striped annually. The management here lacks so much. Parking lot and garden lights burned out but never fixed. Wheel chairs and walkers are left in hallways so the place looks like a nursing home. The office is closed 3 days a week so tenants have no access. Memos that are sent out regarding appearances of balconys and front of apartments are never followed up. So residents ignore them. Some residents use balconies for their pets poop area. Very poorly run apartments!!
