Needed a tire not in stock and had it the next day. Price was equal to any other place I researched
I had an MTB loaned to me with tubeless tires that have been unused for a long time- and I am a total newbie with tubeless. On my first visit, I purchased the supplies and received advice on how to set up on my own, and I gave it a shot. I couldn't resolve the issue, so I headed back the next day, and they walked me through the process and took care of it. I asked a multitude of questions, and they took the time to answer each one. Great experience. I Just moved to the neighborhood and thankful to have a great shop so close.
Bike service like this comes far in between. I was impressed with the knowledge and speed of repair. I truly felt Doug went above and beyond to ensure I had a worry free Triple Bypass ride….and I did indeed. Thank you for a 5 star service experience!
