I attended a group program facilitated by Will Holmes and his team, intended to help small businesses grow and scale. Each week featured a one-hour lesson on a key topic, followed by a panel discussion with experts in taxes, accounting, law, HR, marketing, etc. It has been a lot of work, but I have learned a ton.
