Had a great experience with this company today! Our furnace cut out overnight, the second time in a week that it died. Temps had already dropped inside the house from 70 F to 63F, so we called WHC Heating and Cooling. Technicians Jen and Ken came within 40 minutes of our call going in, which was so important to us because we are on rads and our pipes were at risk. WHC does our pool heater and we’ve never had a problem with them. I was extremely impressed with the help and knowledge of Jen L who went above and beyond to clean, get the heater started and also explain everything to me. I appreciate the great work done by her
