WHC does our pool heater and we’ve never had a problem with them. I was extremely impressed with the help and knowledge of Jen L who went above and beyond to clean, get the heater started and also explain everything to me. I appreciate the great work done by her
First time I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Went above and beyond, fast, friendly, efficient, clean, and priced right. What else can I say, I'm very happy with my new furnace.
Very fast and efficient service from WHC to diagnose and fix ventor motor to get the furnace going again, even on New Year’s Eve. The team of Melony and Jamie in the office and Martin on site got the job done. I also got excellent support and advice from their field representative, Miles. No unnecessary work was recommended and the cost was exactly as quoted. We will use WHC again.
My MIL had call this company for furnace issue. Appointment was set up but a tech named Tyler hurle called and informed her that if he comes at appointment time which was after hours then his company would charge her 600$ for visit. My MIL was quoted less amount during appointment setup so she was surprised to hear that. We ended up calling other company
