I went here a few years back when I had an eye infection, the doctor at that time prescribed an eye drop which caused my infection to get worst, so didn't want to come back initially... But, went here for walk-in again because my family doctor was on vacation, and the doctor from another place I went first was not there, when I went in, the reception told me next time I need to call and book an appointment, this time they will take me in right away, but going forward we need to make appointments before just showing up. Booked an appointment for 3:30. Receptionist told me to take a seat and wait to be called. I wait nearly an hour to be seen. at this point I was frustrated because I booked an appointment for 3:30 and didn’t get seen until 4:25. I called the doctor out and asked for an explanation, she told me off saying my behaviour isn’t acceptable and banned me from this clinic. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I would give this clinic zero star if I could. Receptionists are lazy. When they don’t know what to do, they just tell you they can’t do it. The culture in this clinic is really bad, whether front desk staffs or the doctor I had seen. Would never recommend. I chose this clinic in the beginning because it was close to home.
