Beautiful selection and wonderful service! Jack has been my go-to for years and always takes great care of my jewelry.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought in my gold bracelet for a simple repair, and instead, it came back damaged. The first time, they drilled into the bracelet and left a sharp, messy spot. I went back to have that fixed, only to find out they removed gold from another part of the bracelet to cover up the damage — now that area is ruined too. Completely unacceptable. I will never return here and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values their jewelry.

I have purchased quite a few items since moving to Hackensack, and I can honestly say the owner, Jack is a genuinely nice man. He is reasonable with pricing. He is knowledgeable when it comes to jewelry and gem stones. I will continue to be a customer forever. If you want to invest in great jewelry, I strongly suggest this store.
