Nice place quiet place to hangout and have a cup of coffee. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I had a great time playing the pinball machines.

They have a long history of roasting great coffee. The addition of selling coffee drinks, the seating area and pinball machines make it a fun place to hang out. It's definitely worth going out of your way a bit to enjoy the place. A lot of friendly people working there.

Stopped by What’s Brewing for a work meeting today and was blown away by the exceptional customer service, impressive quality and variety of fresh coffee, and warm, welcoming atmosphere of the establishment. I will definitely be back for some delicious cold brew and to spend some time playing pinball on their incredible collection of new and vintage pinball machines.
Just went to this place Saturday for the first time. What a nice hidden gem. Loved it and can't wait to come back! Smells great and with the mix of beans that are available there is something for everyone. And they are super kind at offering recommendations. As not a big coffee drinker they helped me choose what I would like and even offered to change it if it wasn't to my liking. Great customer service and a relaxed environment. Bring lots of quarters!!
Real coffee, what more needs to be said or explained. Great selection of coffees to buy all roasted on location. Sit down and take a load of your mind while you have some coffee or play a old fashioned game of pinball. Glad we found this place.
My first taste of What’s Brewing was in the 90s when I worked at Java Joe’s. This was back when the location was in Lincoln Heights area. It was the best then and still is!! Thank you. I went in today and had a delicious blast! Love the pin ball games.
