Houston location has the worst customer service. Called 3 time in different days and they keep talking rude and their famous words hang on hang on and put me on hold for 15 minutes Every time I ask for a part they act they don’t know what I am talking about I am going to leave a complaint on the corporate office if they don’t change their methods and be more respectful
The Houston location is horrible I bought a part that was defective called them up told me to come in and replace it after a 2 hour drive one way all three that they had on hand looked worse than the defective one I brought back after speaking to one lady at the counter that knew how to look parts up in the book I got to the other lady that was helpful and promised me to ship one to my house from Austin or San Antonio location the next day I’d have it and that she’d have them look at the part to make sure it is of good quali... read more
