Having to pay my own shipping for a wrong part they sent to me. Doesn't sound like, Whatever It Takes?
Not a place I would ever order from again. Literally everything is a hassle and their parts are extremely overpriced. Been dealing with an issue for a week, at this point just keep whatever your company wants. You've lost a customer for life.
Drove 30 miles to be met out in the parking lot by an employee smoking.Told I needed to place my order over the phone and I could do it in my truck....I try to deal with people locally but if I'm treated like this I can buy it on Amazon or anywhere else shipped free and easy. Why are the small businesses failing? It's not your prices...
