Order online, pick up in drive thru.. I’m made to wait the entire line of drive thru when there’s two pick up lanes. Get home, food is cold. I live 5 minutes from it.
RecommendedWonderful! We live in CA now and wish we could get a Whataburger out there!!!
this place has gone down hill over the past two years, the comment section shows that as well
The wonderful team at our local Whataburger are the absolute BEST! Especially Monica. She’s amazing! My girls get treated like celebrities when we go in. Monica has their order memorized & even splits it up into different boxes so my girls don’t realize they’re sharing pancakes. Haha
It has become a joke with me & my husband to see if they have fried pies ready when we order them. You ask at the speaker what kind of fried pies they have ready and they answer lemon & apple. Then you get to the window and they say, oh sorry we don't have lemon or we don't have apple, you will have to wait 8 minutes. Come on, if you are running out all the time why don't you cook more of them? This is all the time not just occasionally.
Service and food is awesome. Even during the stress of recovery and in the midst of road conteruction employees are great
I hope they are able to rebuild. I love to go there every time I come back to Texas.
Really slow and had to double check the change they gave me back
