I have seen snails move faster. Food is okay, workers don't care and it shows.
The food and customer service were very good, which is what I usually expect from Whataburger. The downside on this visit was the cleanliness of the dining area. There was food in the creases of the seats, and although the tables looked like they had been wiped down, some still had leftover food on them. It was disappointing because other Whataburger locations I’ve visited have usually been much cleaner. Overall, the service and food were strong, but the restaurant itself needs more attention to detail
This place used to be my go to, but over time it had become a rather bad vibe to be in. I decided to give it another go, and the atmosphere has changed - not sure if it’s new management or what but everyone seems a bit more on point and happy to deal with guests - the food you wait a little Longer for but it’s hot and fresh. I’ll be adding this place back to my regular stops!
Everyone was really nice and corrected our order. The only person who was rude was this guy. Who seemed to be the cook.
The double cheese combo meal is the same price as other meals that are the restaurants. The food quality and quantity is so much better. I will never visit the arches again.
