I must say the customer service I received from Ms.Jen and Mr.Todd was exceptional! I really appreciate the two taken the time to small chat regarding my experience and made sure my food was good and hot. Todd even gave me a Whataburger keychain. I’ll definitely be back. If you go, ask for Todd. He will definitely take care of you.
We always have such good experiences here! The manager, Todd, always greets us (as well as others) and makes sure we are taken care of! Today Zayne took my order. He is such a nice and polite young man and does a great job! The other day a busload of teens came in and he patiently and efficiently took their orders. Jennifer is wonderful as well. Sge's always smiling and takes good care of us. Keep up the good work!!!!
There is a heat wave. I had my dog in the car. I ordered ahead of time on the app, so it would be ready and I wouldn't have to leave him long. Everyone was standing around talking. When they finally got to me, it was 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and they still hadn't even started making it yet. I had to sit there and wait.
