Just picked up a $14 Cobb salad at the drive-thru at the WB at Broadway Square Mall. Got home and 75% of the lettuce was rotten - dark, slimy, rotten. Won't EVER do that again. The lady who works the late night shift is always super nice, so at least there's that.
The young lady who was working drive through on 8/8/26 probably needs a raise to fix her terrible attitude and customer service. She claims her name was Melissa, do better please.

Let me sit and wait for four minutes waiting for a water and try charging me the full price for what a soda would be. It’s tapwater. I understand charging for the cup, but it used to be free.
My girlfriend went through the drive thru and sat at the speaker for a few minutes before asking if anyone was there, and the response was "wait a minute." Once she got to the window she got the food and the girl at the drive thru window slammed the window closed. Like, used her hand to push it closed hard enough that it slammed. When my girl checked the food everything was cold.
