Great franchise.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would! This is the worst Whataburger in Tyler and that is saying something. Every time I come here, I am waiting a minimum of 5 minutes before an employee even attempts to take my order, and when they do it is in the rudest, most “i hate my life” attitude I have ever seen. Then the food, again minimum of 15 minutes for a single order of biscuits and gravy?! Finally, I get my food and it is freezing cold, like straight from the freezer they got it out of cold! Stopped here twice and both times my order was exactly as i requested. Would recommend this location.
