The lady on com at night needs to learn some manners. Side note: they never get your add ons and such correct. Edit: decided to give them multiple chances. Over the past few months. Tonight, April 5th 2026. Easter. In the evening. The lady at drive through that gives you, your food is extremely rude. Apparently I took too long to check my meal and leave. Doesn’t call for her being rude. I took less than a minute.
I went to order food for my family through the drive thru, we waited over an hour in the line for our food and then when we got home realized they gave us our whole entire order wrong plus the food was all cold
This was a great experience and the food was amazing, really did enjoy it with my wife and daughter. Must! Enjoy your stay at Whataburger!
Horrible drive thru service. Went after midnight since I was hungry. Waited 10 mins till someone took my order, mind you there was only one car ahead of me and no one dining in. They got my order wrong and the one burger they got right was all smeared in Ketchup. My Whataburger JR was cold, soggy and not even good, also the meat was beyond cooked so dried it was honestly carne seca at that point. Don't go here, their service has been going down hill.
