Slow! Cars left because they were so slow. 4 cars behind us literally left. We went around 1 am. It took a very long time to just take the order. Then waiting for our food took forever. The cook is very slow at night. It took 34 min to get our order with one car ahead of us! Not even what I order! I ordered a bacon bowl all it had was eggs! No bacon no potato nothing! Rebel was an absolute angel ! She explained all the Whataburger rewards and app to us very kindly and when we went to take pictures in front of the store, she brought us inside and explained the history of Whataburger to us, amazing service! Thank you Rebel
Every time I'm here the wait is entirely too long. Today I go through the drive thru and there's not a single car, so I think "great it'll be fast service". I order my food, pay, head back home. To my surprise my ask which was a plain burger is not so plain...even though that's what was repeated back to me AND on the receipt. I drive ALL THE WAY BACK and currently am stuck in a full lane of cars to correct my order.
