Gotta give Credit where it's due ! I downloaded the App Heck even got a free Whataburger and then I added stuff to it. Let me tell you I even waited till I got home and had to reheat my burger. But man this Burger is freaking juicy and yummy and perfect and my gravy i order on the side for my fries and dip my burger in is great too! Girl at the Register was super sweet as well. SO 5 STARS 🤩
I can't speak to the food because I never got it. It was a madhouse during their 75th anniversary celebration. Big mistake on my part to app order and try to pick up at the counter. I didn't see it on the shelf and the staff were crazy busy trying to care of at least a couple dozen other customers with orders large and small. 20 minutes after the app stated my order was to be ready I talked with a worker who was already harried and distracted to no avail, so I decided it was time to leave. Service is terrible. They ignore curbside a lot of the time and just wait for you to come in and grab your cold food thats been sitting there. Consistency and Accuracy are major issues. You'll get the wrong burger, or even no burger patty at all and good luck getting the sauces that you order and pay extra for. The fries are usually cold and stale. The restaurant itself is clean and the atmosphere is the same as any other whataburger, thats about all that this location has going for it.
