forgetting simple things like gravy ruins my reason for coming here
My brother works at this waterburger so I will give it a good rating and maybe his boss will give him a raise
I’m a Whataburger fan but I have never had any luck ordering online at this location. Ordered ahead of time, got there a little early and still waited a few minutes past the time slot. No big deal, got home and discovered I was missing a few items. Drove back, showed the receipt, explained what was missing …. It took enough time to make me think it had never been prepared in the first place. No apology, no explanation, here’s your stuff there’s the door.
Back in town due to sick relative, was looking forward to hatch burger. Wasnt horrible but wasnt the best. Forgot to ask for 1 slice of cheese vs the 2. Newer location. Convenient to Rust Medical center/hospital.
This is our go-to burger place. Their app has the best offers hands down! The young kids that work there are super polite and helpful!
