Just went to Whataburger, drive thru messes up my order and when I get to the window, after quite the wait, the young lady argues with me that its my fault, never offers to correct, I dont like to complain so I just let it be.. after more of a wait Im asked to pull forward and wait some more. Finally she brings my food out only to find that nearly half the order was missing. The customer service was good, but unfortunately the cleanliness of this place was unacceptable. The environment was very dirty—floors and tables were not properly cleaned, and the windows had dead bugs and even roaches sitting on them. It didn’t look like anyone was making an effort to maintain the space. Seeing this completely ruined the experience and made it hard to feel comfortable staying or eating there. Management seriously needs to address the cleanliness issues.
Very disappointed with my visit tonight. The young man at the window was very disrespectful and then my whole order was a mess. I didn't get straws I didn't get the sauce, my kids meals came with toppings I didn't want, all the fries were half full, and he threw my bag at me and shut his window and acted like I wasn't there. I'm sick of individuals like him working at places like this. A job is a choice and if you don't want to treat people respectful then why even work in a customer service position?
