They're bound to make mistakes, that's normal of food service. That's why when I went recently I didn't make a fuss about the flavorless Coke I got with my order (they definitely needed to change out the syrup bag) What I will complain about is their drive thru cashiers. Every other time I ask for a combo, and do not specify large at all, I get ringed up for a large and given a large. If I wanted a large combo I'd ask for one!
