The employees are an absolute nightmare here. Rude as can be. The drive thru takes an eternity to get through and it's mandatory you check your bag. It's always messed up or missing items. Oh and their shake situation has turned worse than McDonald's...lol just take em off the menu. You haven't sold 1 in months.
Great food
It's not just this location I've traveled across the country and every time I see a Whataburger, I stop! The wait time is excruciatingly painful. You would think the food is being cooked fresh as I wait .. but then when I finally get my hands on it. It's cold. They made it wrong. The quality of ingredients is highly debatable. And for 15 bucks for just a drive thru Burger?! I think I'm gonna take a break for awhile!
Good food and service. Despite the long line they were quick and friendly.
