Everything was great, however they forgot to give me my change
This was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger restaurant. I stopped while travelling with my family. We went in and were told we had to use the kiosk, despite there being employees at the counter taking orders. We put in our order without issue. We ordered 2 whatameals, 2 junior meals, and 2 kids meals. The time stamp on the ticket was 12:22. At 12:52, a full 30 minutes later, we finally got our food.
