Calvin was friendly. My food was hot and fresh. Very fast
Bad service. Had a problem with the order, manager very argumentative, and refused to give me her name. She finally told me she would replace the item that was done incorrectly and bringing my receipt. But still refused to give me her name. Most whataburgers are really good, my experience with this one in Baytown Texas on 146 was horrible. These days there are a lot of places that really don't care about the customer and being professional. Thi s place appears to be one of them
To the owner this is the best and friendliest whataburger I have been to. Calvin Jerry and Ashton they are all friendly and the speed of service was fast. Will definitely return to this whataburger when we have another doctor appointment in Houston.
