Unfortunately this is a 3 star Whataburger restaurant. I've eaten at many Whataburgers and I think this is the first 3-star I've experienced. Growing up in Texas, Whataburger was my absolute favorite!! If I could've, I would've eaten them everyday for every meal. I was SO excited for them to open in KC area. There are now several around. I've eaten at 2 others in the surrounding area that were super good! This one consistently has bad fries...either old or under cooked. Good food and great service
Tonight they were ridiculously under staffed ( 2 people working,, bullshit 🫣) However Chandon was amazing!! Went above and beyond to give great customer service, amazing product, and a return customer because of him. Whoever is in charge of this location please give this man a shout out because he is one hell of employee! To the point I offered him a job! Which I hope he takes me up on 🤣🤣 Thanks for the great service Chandon we truly appreciate people like you!!
I don’t understand the negative reviews. I have been coming to this store pretty much since it opened. The employees know me by name and by what I order. I have never seen anything negative at this store. The food and the atmosphere is always top notch. Shout out to Colin and Lindsey. I can’t say who is “the best” because they are all fantastic. Keep up the outstanding customer service!
