I went to the drive-thru at night to get Whataburgers with only mayo, meat and double cheese for my wife and myself. The attendant asked me to repeat my order three times. I live only a short distance from this restaurant. By the time I got home, the burgers were cold. In addition, there were lettuce, tomato, and onions on both of the burgers.
