Tell your guys in the kitchen that they need to be cooking, not talking. I’ve been waiting for my order for 20 minutes. If the owners of this restaurant happen to read this: your staff marks orders as "ready" in the system, even though that is far from the case.

I ordered curbside and no one ever brought my food to the car. I watched it sit on a rack for about 10 minutes. I walked in and about 6 employees were sitting around the dining area doing nothing and the drink wasn’t even made.

Great eating experience. I requested a modified melt sandwich with fries done extra crispy and it was done exactly as I requested. At the order counter, Cindy understood exactly what I wanted and made sure the cooks did it correctly. She stopped by the table while we were eating and made sure everything was to our satisfaction, including checking that the table was clean and that the food met our expectations. I am definitely going back.

Visiting from Colorado, whataburger was a must have. We had no idea we were going to have one of the best experiences in fast food ever. We were greeted so welcoming by Nigel and that was just the beginning of his exceptional customer service. He gave us time to look at the menu and ensured we weren’t taking up too much of time.
