Took 40 minutes to get a fast food burger on not a particularly busy day. At the 20 minute mark when I asked if they knew how much longer it woudl take, I was told that they have to make the food first. Thanks, didn't know that. Usually have decent service but this was atrocious.
Found hair in my food looks like young ladies hair would not recommend
