Went through the line and received our order and tried to ask for ketchup after we had ordered it at the window. Dylan responded with a terrible attitude. We then drove off to find half the order was missing. Went inside to ask for a manager and told them what happened only to have other staff members start yelling profanities at Dylan for being rude. Please train your team on how to customize orders. A simple egg biscuit w/out cheese & fries w/out salt shouldn't cost me $7+ dollars in store & 6.47 via app! I sat in your line for nearly 10 minutes to drive away without food because I choose to not pay extra for the lack of comprehension. I dine at home generally because the skillset of active and strategic listening is not common any longer. Mgmt, do better!
