absolutely ridiculous customer service. did not get greeted or spoken to for almost 5 minutes. went in to pick up an online order, waited for over 10 minutes and had to remind the order name at least 4 different times. do better.
Incredibly slow, regardless of how busy or not busy they may be.
Usually food is good, 6-30-26 did pick up through app fries tasted stale not fresh, Gravy containers were only partially filled both containers.Strips were good.
This location is constantly forgetting something for curbside orders. I was given my food and told they would be right back with my drink and they never came back so I left after 10 minutes. I got home and found that they forgot the fries as well. Another time, I was given my drink and told the food would be right out. They came out 20 minutes later and I was told they forgot to about my order.
