When we first moved to Granbury, this location was phenomenal everytime we went in. Over the past few weekends, I have noticed service has essentially gone down hill. From "wrong" orders to "rude" employees. Its like there was a shift in leadership.. this last weekend particularly just made me not want to eat there again. When employees, that are being paid to do a job are just rude/hateful it really makes you question why you're supporting a business to begin with.
The drive thru is incredibly slow. I ordered a chicken strip sandwich and they didn’t drop the tenders until I pulled up to the second window. I was asked to pull around. I came a few weeks ago and got stuck in the drive thru after I received my food because they had asked too many people to pull around. After a while I just popped the curb. People were very angry.
