Food is good but unfortunately this whataburger is THE SLOWEST on the east side. Go to whataburger on I -10. I’m pretty sure by the time you get there and place your order they will have it out faster than the one on wallisville.. wallisville will probably still be making you order
This 2 lane drive thru set up is NOT efficient AT ALL. It's the dumbest idea. Not sure what idiot tried to copy the Chick-fil-A drive thru set up, but news flash: it's not working.
Food takes extremely long and is always cold! What’s the point of waiting so long for cold stale food
We had 5 orders. They forgot a whole patty. We had to serve our own drinks. We requested no mustard and that’s the only thing they put on the burger. Worst experience ever, this would never happen at the cypress.location.
