I recently stopped by Whataburger off I-35 and had a really positive experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly the way I ordered it. You can definitely tell this location pays attention to quality the burger was flavorful and everything tasted just right. The service really stood out to me as well. I want to give a special shoutout to Daniela for being so kind and attentive. She was patient, made sure my order was accurate, and created a welcoming atmosphere even during a busy time. Tammie was awesome! Letting was, too! I don't know if it's in the training or what, but every time I come to Whataburger I get treated so well. Your people are very friendly and very attentive this is back-to-back the third time in a row. I've been to Whataburger and felt that they went above and beyond to give good customer service.
