I was chronically homeless for some time and used to pass by this Whataburger and long for a meal. Now I am no longer on that sabbatical and was impressed with the staff and experience! God bless the workers and their families!
Came through late and ordered my usual custom BIG RANCH WRAP with double meat, extra large cheese slices, and added ketchup + spicy ketchup packets. Eric was on the line and absolutely crushed it—burger was perfectly made, loaded just right, and tasted amazing. Shoutout to him for the spot-on execution! When there was a small mix-up on their side with the order, the lady manager stepped in and handled everything super cordially and professionally.
