Excellent customer service today and they were busy
They have a spicy ketchup!!! Nice!
The customer service is very bad. I went here on Friday Dec 26 around 1pm and ordered 2 combos and a fish sandwich, after I left I realized they did not have the fish sandwich in the bag. I came back and told them, they went to the kitchen, got the sandwich and handed it to me without saying a word sorry or thank you just like I was begging for a sandwich. Seems like they messed up their orders all the time that’s why they don’t have courtesy behavior anymore.
They have the best morning crew! One of the best Whataburgers Currently!!
