Went through the drive thru, and I can barely hear the intercom. Ordered a #2 and two #1's. All three were meals, which came a burger, fries, and drink. However, when I arrived home, which was over an hour away. All 3 meals were missing fries, and the burgers should have come with cheese, yet no cheese. I don't know why I keep coming back here for food. My orders keep getting missed up, like uncooked burgers. So, yeah, I don't recommend this location.

This place had a really rough start. As time has gone on it seems like things have kind of turned around. I did end up waiting 25 minutes for a simple chocolate shake one night with no customers in the lobby or drive thru, so that was upsetting. When I asked why it took 25 minutes I didn't get an apology or explanation, just was told "Yeah, I know I told them that's not okay".

Our customer service was exceptional; the cashier at the front was very patient with us, and her smile and friendliness were the best part. I don't quite remember her name, but she is very young I think it was something like Heiliany or similar. She was amazing!
