Was excited when this came to Roswell close by my home. Second favorite burger joint next to In-N-Out. Have been three times. First time service was reasonably good. The last two times I sat in the drive-through line for 10 to 12 minutes before finally leaving. Service is awful. Walked in one day and saw multiple people standing around with their plastic numbers waiting for their orders while the kitchen staff argued quite loudly in the back. Turned around and walked out.
