I went thru drive thru on 05/17/26 super early morning and the kid at the window was super friendly and knowledgeable. I believe his name was Harley. He was patient in terms of allowing me time to decided what i wanted. More often than not, it's normal to feel rushed by the person working at the window at most fast-food places but he was helpful, patient and kind. I didn't feel hurried. So I'll admit I've never been a big What a burger fan, until today that is! Cristian and his employees were very friendly, very professional. The restaurant (inside) was so clean and I got to sit and eat in peace and quiet. I went in about 1:30 PM CST. It was very relaxing. I truly enjoyed my food and the atmosphere. Was excited when this came to Roswell close by my home. Second favorite burger joint next to In-N-Out. Have been three times. First time service was reasonably good. The last two times I sat in the drive-through line for 10 to 12 minutes before finally leaving. Service is awful. Walked in one day and saw multiple people standing around with their plastic numbers waiting for their orders while the kitchen staff argued quite loudly in the back. Turned around and walked out.
