The food was fresh. The training was sad. They had what appeared to be two new employees working in the drive-thru at a decently busy time. They either didn't know how to answer the second line, or didn't want to. They did not have the second line coned or blocked so cars would pull to that line, only to not be greeted and would have to pull around the building to the first line. The kid at the window had no idea how to count money so the manager had to step in to complete the order.
Yeah the food is good but their drive thru is a complete mess. There's no rhyme or reason to it and it took 20 minutes to get a single burger.
I grew up on Whataburger in Texas as a kid and I think the quality is just as good here! Always a treat for me to go. Hard to beat the patty melt or the honey butter chicken biscuit. Portions are big and staff was really friendly!
