HORRIBLE....Couldnt even get the idiot to repeat our order correctly and it was MENU ITEMS....she couldnt stop laughing....told me at least 5x's " wait a minute" and continued to laugh and speak with other employees....then reads the order back and it was ALL WRONG...this was 8:50am 8/8/15....We WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER!! Worst service ever!
They don't even deserve a star, that's how bad they are.They are messy, unprofessional, and need better management. There's soda all over the plastic bag, soda running down from cups, the woman in the first window didn't take my order because she was texting with her back turned against the window, their idea of a large is a small, and there was HAIR in my burger. Needless to say, I am on unsatisfied and disgusted customer. My last visit was on August 9, 2014 around 7:30pm-8:00pm.
I've had many a burger from whataburger in my life and this one was the worst. Cold, stale bread and nasty lettuce. The fries were soggy and cold, did they forget to fry them? And my tea, no ice, none. Oh and we waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Drive on...
Great job after hours I work in the fast food industry and I appreciate what u do. Thank you.
