the people that work there are frauds. Tried to humiliate me by saying "well it was only $80.....you do not have the right to talk to anyone like that! this all after TWO keyboards replaced. they are scum

I used Hector's services recently to get a cracked iPhone screen repaired. I am VERY satisfied with the visit as my camera screen looks FLAWLESS. The camera pays attention to more detail now than it did when I first purchased it (it seems that way at least). Hector did an awesome job, not only repairing the cracks, but also enhancing the camera quality. He was very informative and helpful as well. He went the extra mile so a good review is in order :) Great place!
I've been to What the Tech multiple times without notice and the service has always been fast & effective. I call them my IT department since I'm an outside salesperson with limited resources. I went there today after being unable to get online at home. Joe showed me the issue and resolved it with minimal frustration. He also showed me why it has been ticking me off lately. I had updates stacking up and never installing. I brought it home and 3 hours later, its brand new again. Thanks
