good food I really like their soups and think their portions are very nice, especially for the price. I'm not too fond of their locations but I do suppose there are plenty of other Pho places out there.
What The Pho is tasty My family and I like going here.i really like their soups. very tasty. However, i dislike location since its off a super major busy street. But other than that, its good.
What The Pho is not the best place in town It's a nice quiet place. However i was not impressed with their menu or quality of food. Their "vegetables" are chopped onion, cabbage and shredded carrots. At the cost of a restaurant entry, you are getting a fast food meal at best. I don't plan on going there anymore.
