ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. Everything was great when we purchased my jetta, the owner Kelly was awesome and promised to get me a spare key (he only had one), promised to replace radio knobs that were missing, promised to shine up the dull headlights when I brought it in for my first oil change and I drove off with my new car. Don't deal with this place. Poorly patched up cars, that eventually start to fall apart.
Stay away from this dealership! The owner has no clue what it means to promise a warranty! Once you leave the lot after purchasing one of his lemons don't expect a return call!
Steer clear of this dealership. All the horror stories you've ever heard about used car dealerships are in play here.
I went in to this dealership thinking i was going in to one of the very many dealerships that i have been to....So i put on my game face and prepared myself for the attack of the sales men! First one to greet me was Jason and I have to say i was very impressed with how he treated me and how he actually cared about what I wanted and not what he was looking to sell.
