Spring valley location trying to see Dr. Haslett. If I could rate them lower. I would terrible terrible terrible service. Cancelled my appointment after I drove across town because they think they texted me which they didn't they showed that I read and confirmed my appointment when I showed them proof on the phone they just said they can't see me and I had to reschedule didn't apologize or anything. Dr. Nguyen truly cares for her patients. I was recommended to go to Whasn West Valley by a friend and I am so grateful I did. Any concern I have had has been addressed immediately and with the utmost care.
Let me start by saying my wife choose this dr because of her great reviews, we did not meet the doctor till 38 weeks, she is partial to a specific hospital and if you don’t go to that hospital she will not show. Crazy thought I know but the reality of the situation is this is my first child and as a man I know I’m not important at all but I should still be able to enjoy the whole process with my wife. Dr Nguyen is the best obgyn ever !!! She treats you like a best friend I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me. She takes time to listen and to understand and shows so much compassion I can't say enough good things about her 🥰🥰 I have been with Dr Nguyen since 2017. She was there during my miscarriage. I want to give a minus star for this place. I just moved here and was looking for a new obgyn. I scheduled for this place seeing all the good reviews. They scheduled me for a wellness check. I waited for more than an hour over my appointment time, then when I went to check with the front desk they said they need the paperwork filled out first. WOW….
