It's probably a weird thing to say, but this was the most pleasant experience I have had for a not so pleasant but vital exam. Dr. Scherm was the utmost professional with a great "bedside manner". She made me feel at ease to talk about uncomfortable subject matter. I wish all medical appointments went this well.
Ive been seeing Dr. Royle as my OB for the past 6 months. She has always been pleasant, and straight forward with myself and my husband. She takes time to answer all of our questions and addresses any concerns I have. The rest of the office staff is friendly and helpful and appointments usually run on time.
Staff and Dr are great. Very informative and helpful.
