The didn’t sent the order to the ensure, you call y and they said then send the order already but not the happen to me twice. Almost one month I waiting for my referral. If I could rate them lower I would terrible terrible terrible service. Cancelled my appointment after I drove across town and got there on time because they think they texted me which they didn't. Their system showed that I read and confirmed my appointment when I showed them proof on the phone that there were no replies sent or messages received they just said they can't see me and I had to reschedule didn't apologize or anything. I’ve been with whasn for a minute doctor Alexis is very nice and welcoming but the scheduling team is weird and because I kept rescheduling my appointment due to me being out of town for work and just finding out I’m pregnant I was 3 minutes late to my ultrasound appointment and they turned me away and now I can’t reschedule with them because of that !
My wife goes to this clinic and all I can say is nothing but good things. Everyone in this office is so nice and friendly. My wife loves it!
My experience with them so far — when I showed up for my first appointment with them (was scheduled at 1 pm.. I got there at about 12:50..?) the windows at the check in was closed but you could see them moving behind it.. waited until 1:05 to knock on the window.. another patient and I was sitting there equally confused.. they didn’t say anything to me until around 1:15 (that they were on break)..
