I am currently 25 weeks pregnant, and I feel it’s important for other mothers to know my experience with this office. My husband and I had followed the scheduling given to us after our anatomy scan. After we left, I received a threatening phone call saying we were not allowed to have separate appointment dates and that if we could not change our plans, they would dismiss me from care according to the scheduler the doctor said this and to call me to fix their mistake or I’ll be dismissed as the patient. Just not helpful at all and indifferent with their patients issue as and concerns. I thought it was just central location, it looks like they are all the same. Not recommended at all if you want a place that cares about your necessities and concerns.
Doesn't feel welcoming. Especially delivery a baby with this location.
CHECK IN WAS GREAT SO WAS WAIT TIME ALSO MY VISIT WITH DR HASLETT BUT THAT CHECK OUT WOMAN HORRIBLE ENERGY FROWNED UP FACE JUST NASTY. IF IT WAS NOT FOR HER I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of care I have received. Despite being under this practice’s care throughout my pregnancy, I have yet to meet my own doctor and was informed that I would only have two or three appointments with her before she delivers my baby. Instead, I have primarily interacted with two nurses—Alexis, whose information often seems inaccurate, and Nicole, whom I met for the first time today and found to be extremely rude.
