My wife goes to this clinic and all I can say is nothing but good things. Everyone in this office is so nice and friendly. My wife loves it!
My experience with them so far — when I showed up for my first appointment with them (was scheduled at 1 pm.. I got there at about 12:50..?) the windows at the check in was closed but you could see them moving behind it.. waited until 1:05 to knock on the window.. another patient and I was sitting there equally confused.. they didn’t say anything to me until around 1:15 (that they were on break).. Spoke with a Jennifer on the phone to try and reschedule an appointment I had scheduled 12/23 but was advised by my dentist to get in asap to confirm how far along I am in my pregnancy to complete dental work before it is too late and because of the pain I was dealing with. Jennifer rescheduled me for 12/15 but was rude and quite disrespectful. She was not helpful and did not have great customer service. Absolutely amazing experience! I loved how knowledgeable and calming Alexis was. The whole staff so friendly and kind and even told me exactly where to get a coffee while I waited for the phlebotomist who was also so kind and the most painless blood draw I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.
triple booked appointments NP’s not properly doing women's yearly and rushing in under 10 minutes.If tests come out abnormal it may be 3 weeks before they let you know. Dr’s running out to deliver babies or not even making it to the appointment. The quality of the care here has drastically gone down.
