I’ve been a patient with WHASN for over a decade and I highly recommend them. Dr Roberts and her staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable with any and all questions. The wait time can be tedious, but I just bring a book.
How does a place with so much staff not have ANY way to get ahold of ANYONE? Nobody picks up the phone and there is no voice mail system. There is literally only one option to connect with the office and I have called now 6 times and waited on hold for more than ten minutes each time, never heard a single person’s voice. No scheduling option online, not on a portal, nothing. Dr Tracy Wurm at WHASN is the best OB/GYN I’ve ever found after searching after my last OB/GYNO retired, I saw her for (35+) years . I thought I would never find another great one until meeting Dr Wurm. She is beyond fabulous! She always takes her time, very compassionate, explains everything, a true professional with a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience! Do you value your time? Do you value your sanity? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You will wait 1-3 hours (not exaggerating) past your appointment time to see the doctor. They will pull the shadiest billing practices, so enjoy spending hours on the phone bouncing between your insurance company and their billing "specialist". Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Ignore this review at your own risk.
I was a patient here for a little over two years. I received a certified letter from the office a few days after I had to reschedule an appointment stating I was terminated as a patient. I had to reschedule multiple times because the copay I had to pay was over $400 and was rescheduling for a time I thought I would have the full amount.
