I would GLADLY give this business 0 stars if I could. I have lived in Las Vegas my whole life, and NEVER have I EVER experienced disgusting Healthcare and a complete lack of EMPATHY for any facility I've been a patient at. I had visited this clinic in years prior. I was referred back by my primary care in October for removal of an expired Nexplanon implant. I live in a rural area and take public transportation into Las Vegas once a week for appointments. I had one appointment scheduled for consultation however, while riding the city bus into town the office contacted me and informed me that my appointment was cancelled due to the physician having a family emergency. The older female doctor who saw my wife not only harmed her but proceeded to not listen to her at all explain what was going on and talk over her and tell her what was going on after a very minimal examination she threw out a random diagnosis ignoring all the symptoms and history of what had happened over the past few weeks.
