the receptionists and some of the vet asst,think that the business should be ran according to the way they want it,pay attention, we are the customers putting a paycheck in your pocket, there's no need for rudeness or sarcasm, it's terrible situation . I wouldn't put my dog or cat in hands of people like y'all
