My roommates and I lived on Congress street for two years and it was the best home we could ask for! The inside was updated and clean. Wharton kept up with maintenance and always replied quickly to our requests.
If you can, avoid renting from John. He is very rude and inconsiderate. They are just out to scam college students.
I don’t think there could be a more rude/ disrespectful group of men to rent a house from. They let their tenants believe certain things then go against everything they say and give reasoning that blames college students “ignorance” when they are unhelpful and untruthful and want as much money from their tenants as possible. Their houses are nice BUT if you want to save yourselves from a year long headache, I would highly suggest looking at some of the other beautiful homes in Athens. <3 They also bribe students to give good... read more
My roommate and I lived in 19 W State St apartment complex for 2 years & loved it! We never had any issues and anything we needed was always fixed in a timely manner. The apartment was awesome & we would definitely recommend!
