Have been going to clinic since March. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Staff have all been wonderful and very informative

I started my journey with the Wharton Clinic back in November 2021. Due to Covid restrictions I never had an in-person visit, but the meetings I had over the phone and video conference were always timely, professional and extremely helpful to me and my progress. After 14 months on the program I am down 80lbs and 4 sizes. I do have a few pounds to go but I couldn’t be happier with my successes so far. First the receptionist called numerous times asking the same questions.secondly they called to reschedule the appointment because there was not the person to perform the test . Thirdly my daughter 3 years has to wait over an hour to see the doctor only to be told that they didn't want to put her through the testing it would be too much for her ,then why reschedule? Then to give a prescription for an epi pen just in case she was allergic to bees what was the point . Not impressed
