This is where my doctor is located after moving from his old location.when you enter be prepared to pay for parking. Absolutely greedy. There signs every where you look. I don’t think parking should cost people coming to seek medical help. The building is clean inside.
Dr Gorleh is such a great Dr and compassionate. Unfortunately his reception staff are Karens, especially the older heavy one with short white grey hair and harsh voice. I have never seen my Dr since he moved to this clinic. Whenever I called in the past I was told that he was away and wouldn't be back for a month, or he was booked up for the next 6 months. Am I missing something? Your office states you are open at 830am. It is 845am and I am still unable to reach reception over the phone. The same thing happened at lunch time the other day. Your phone lines are closed from 12-1. So please explain to me why nobody is answering the phone at 130pm? How am I meant to get care from the doctor if I cannot even reach a receptionist at your listed hours. Dr Ogala is a good and understanding doctor, but the receptionists here are his downfall. My experience Went there for a bee allergy test as a precaution due to my father having a bee allergy nursers were kind but the lady kept rolling her eyes at me and making me feel like a waste of time and waste of resources for testing and overall made me feel crazy they gave me a blood work paper but after this experience I don’t feel comfortable coming here again do better 0/10
