5 stars because of our new superintendent Gene. He has been getting the job done. The grounds finally look clean especially the dumpster area . If you need something fixed he is on it as quick as he can be. Gene is so friendly and outgoing. I have to say I’ve been almost 12 years and the place hasn’t looked better.
I am so glad to be blessed with Gene as our maintenance man that wouldn’t guard an apartment he made it look so much better here and you don’t have to wait. He get the job done. thank you so much, Gene👍🏿
