Was a bit hesitant to purchase an engagement ring online, however Wharton were patient and helpful throughout the entire process and provided me with additional photos and videos when requested. The final product was a lot more stunning in person
I did not have a good experience with this jeweller. Not only was he rude but also very arrogant. The text message exchange attached will explain all you need to know. It is not unreasonable for a buyer to ask for a lab report of the diamonds they are paying for (especially if the price tag is $21K+). Buyers be aware and educate yourself first.
